EU Shipping

We ship across the European Union 🇪🇺

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): Estimated 1–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be shown at checkout or invoiced separately where applicable.

Delivery timeframes are in addition to processing time.


International Shipping

We also ship worldwide 🌍

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–3 weeks + processing time

Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel size and weight. In some cases, a separate shipping invoice may be issued after checkout.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by their country.


Multi-Location Shipping

As we operate across multiple locations, items may be shipped from different regions and may arrive in separate parcels.


Transit & Delivery Responsibility

We are responsible for ensuring your order reaches you safely.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.


Returns & Exchanges

All items are pre-loved and sold as shown during live sales. Please review items carefully before claiming.

As our products are pre-loved, minor signs of wear or small imperfections may be present and are not considered faults.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Sale Items

Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless faulty or significantly not as described.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to payment. Once payment has been received, cancellations are not accepted.
