All items sold by The Crystal Collab are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, and are carefully selected before being offered for sale.
Items are typically sold via live sales and are shown in real time prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the item has been reviewed and accepted based on its visible condition.
Pre-loved Condition
As our products are pre-loved, minor signs of wear, small chips, or natural imperfections may be present and are not considered faults.
Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our products as unique, pre-loved items, and as they are selected and claimed during live sales, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Delivery & Transit
We are responsible for ensuring your order arrives safely. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to payment. Once payment has been received, cancellations are not accepted.
